looking for good Barbershop scores about "flowers"

Hello all,

I am part of the music committee for my (Unitarian) church, and have
been sent out to gather music for the upcoming "Flower Communion"
service. Last year, we did some patriotic songs for a lay service on
the connection between politics and spirituality, and it went over well
enough that now I have been asked to find some good Barbershop quartets
about flowers. There are lots of musicians and singers in the
congregation but no real Barbershoppers (I sang bass in my college
quartet). I am looking for good suggestions and good places to quickly
get scores. I can think of "Lida Rose", "Wild Irish Rose", and "You're
the Flower of my Heart". I don't have scores handy for any of these. If
anyone has good ideas and good sources, please let me know. In a more
general sense, I'd be interested in buying a good Barbershop songbook
that we could use for the occasional incidental music (being
Unitarians, we have pretty broad latidtude in what we can get away with
singing in church).

thanks

I should have added that the ***@alumni address is currently broken
due to spam overload. Until I get this fixed, it is better either to
respond via usenet post, or to my "regular" address:

thanks

Hello group.

My name is Paul Langgaard.
I'm a Norwegian barbershop fan, and I've recently
bought some sheet music and books from Jeff Reynolds
in the US. He had quite a lot, so try asking him the question you asked
here.
He may help you.
Here's his address.
